One 250ml bottle will usually last about 4 months with daily use.

Some people may be sensitive to the highly concentrated quality of this product. It is recommended to ease into using it, building up the dosage slowly over a period of days. For children, elderly or sensitive skin it can be mixed with any body cream or moisturiser you already use.

As this product is high quality and pure, It is normal to feel a tingle after application, this usually decreases with continued use. If you prefer you can wash off after 20 minutes as after this time the body has absorbed the magnesium into the system transdermally. (through the skin).

This product is photo sensitive so can react with the sunlight. Do not apply in an area where you may be exposed to sunlight that day, eg the back of neck.
